With all the new and great legendary armor/weapons that have come out, we dont have anywhere to put them. What i enjoy most about playing Destiny is collecting all the raid weapons/armor as well as other legendary items that are hard to get in the game. With 3 characters it is hard to keep the best items in the game.
Might i suggest a raid kiosk that lets you buy back raid armor/weapons if you want them?
Love the Dawning update, but each character has at least 3 new sets of armor to be collected from this update and my vault space is packed. Please add more vault space or more kiosk to buy back raid armor/weapons.
Btw. Thank you again for it possible to buy back legendary class items from Banshee-44 i missed my StillPiercer.

Yes please. This low vault space thing is ridiculous.
-
Yes please more since when Destiny 2 drops we can cry because none of it will go over to the new game. God I hate when school is out for the holidays and kids have free reign of electronics

4 Repliesthe vault space has been beaten to death.. its just not going to happen.. best way to show bungie its time for vault space and changes.. don't buy the next microtransaction gear.. its rare that it will drop with the roll you want.. and who is going to spend piles of money to get the right roll. we have asked for kiosks, transmogification.. anything.. something.. a way to look how we want to after we have obtained a gear item.. but, seems either bungie disagrees or doesn't care what we want.. either way.. we have had nothing of impact to help with gear.. just so you all have something to look at. lets walk down memory lane at the armour gear sets vogx3 crotax3 oryx X3 WoTMx3 queen wrathx3 desolate x3 HoW prison x3 COE x3 trials1x3 trials2x3 trials3x3 watcherx3 srlx3 dawningx3 altdawningx3 zavalas gear x3 new monarchyx9 dead orbitx9 fwc x9 this doesn't include the exotics or the strike specific gear or the piles of class items, and we are at 85 sets of armour, that is 85 helmets, gloves, chest pieces and legs.. 340 pieces of gear + the exotics, strike specific and class items.. . and 108 slots to put them in. Some may not want to collect these.. others may see it as a waste.. or have no use for items they may not use.. others.. it is the game within a game they have created.. a loot based game with nothing to loot for doesn't stay fun for long.. So yes.. we need a way to hold our gear.. show it off.. bring it out to raid again and have fun with, and it would seem that all we are getting for the vault space is those 17 spots we got during FoTL when the holiday masks were moved to a holiday kiosk.. for those of you who kept all the masks.. it helped.. for a little while.. and now.. back to the same issue.. many ways to solve it.. and bungie refuses to even have a discussion about this

Agreed.
The jolliest and luckiest squid you will ever meet.
I hope your post doesn't get deleted by the Bungie Forum Overlords. This has close to 400 bumps at the time I'm writing this, and I highly doubt someone at Bungie would NOT see this. Lol. MAKE THE VAULT SPACE INCREASE HAPPEN ALREADY!!!!
-
This. 100 percent this
-
It's sad to say it but i believe that more vault space isn't coming. I just hope they add another kiosk for armor sets......That seems to be their answer for vault space issues in year three.
-
We need more vault space. I made a billion of these posts.

Edited by KiloCrusher: 12/20/2016 7:19:55 AMThat moment when your parents won't let you play M rated games, so your mom buys you Destiny instead because it is only rated T for teen. Then you take to the forums and complain about inventory space. Lmao 😂👌

3 RepliesDon't forget that Bungie made daily Queen's bounties so you can chase that armor set. Bungie promoted Days of Iron sets, Wrath of Machine sets, Archon's Forge sets, chroma sets, ornament sets... as well as bringing all year 2 armor forward. For all the people that see a vault space post and come in to blast people as hoarders: collecting sets are part of the Destiny experience. They have always been part of the experience but really started becoming heavily advertised in Rise of Iron and The Dawning as an activity. Bungie uses armor sets in its marketing. So naturally we go out and chase them. Even more naturally, we want to keep them. Again, Bungie, especially in ROI and The Dawning, advertised armor sets to entice players to spend money on the game. Instead of giving us more vault space, they put development resources into another kiosk that facilitates more microtransactions through ornaments and silver dust as well as a holiday kiosk for the same reason.

Also bounty space would be nice too. Now that we have more bounties then ever Iron banner Queens wrath Vanguard Vanguard daily elite Vanguard weekly elite Crucible Weekly Crucible Srl Shiro bounties Yeah you get my point

26 RepliesDon't understand all the butthurt "no we don't" or "quit hoarding" posts. You act like more vault space would have a detrimental effect to your gaming experience. -shrug-

1 ReplyIf you aren't short on space you're not playing the game to full potential. You should have armour for all weapon types and burn types.

10 RepliesEdited by kris_tunetso: 12/19/2016 9:35:22 PMAt this point I doubt Bungie will do anything. With Destiny 2 expected out next year I dont see them making any significant improvements. If I had to speculate, I'd bet Destiny is being managed by a skeleton crew right now with the bulk of Bungie's manpower focused on D2. That kind of skeleton crew usually is just enough to make sure the status quo remains quo. If D2 is expected to drop late next year then, at best, I'd figure for maybe a hotfix patch early in February for whatever bugs are caused with the removal of SRL in a couple of weeks and 1 more balance patch around May. Other than that, dont expect anything awe-inspiring. The best way to handle the armor (and ghost shells for that matter) would be like the current SRL and treasure box armors: Make them skins that you infuse other gear into. Once you unlock a skin it's available permanently in a kiosk for free withdrawal whenever you want. Then you can keep your gear with the stats/perks you like, but you can reskin it whenever you want. Guild Wars 2 did this with what they called "The Wardrobe." It was funny to see people running around in endgame gear skinned to look like starter gear. Bungie would do well to take inspiration from it. And yes, being able to buy by the class legendaries was great. Now they just need a way to buy back one-time guns like The Strangers Rifle, Murmur and Vestian Dynasty.

2 RepliesWhich nob won first prize for using the the words "hoard/hoarder" ? I usually scroll down to see who it is,if vault space is not an issue for YOU that doesn't mean it's not for others,I understand it's a public forum but I don't understand why someone would bother to post on on a subject that doesn't effect them.more vault space please.

Stop being a hoarder. You don't need more than 108 guns.

We need cake

I'd be happy with in-game sorting and inventory movement between characters without having to switch characters.
-
Edited by Demon627: 12/20/2016 10:20:42 PMI just want an option to sort. Sort by type (rare, legendary, exotic, etc) Sort by ascending or descending power. Sort by Class. (Hunter, Titan, warlock) Maybe even a favorite option, then the ability to sort by favorites.

My vault is out of space too. Lately I have collected so many exotic engrams for later use that I have had to dismantle much gear in the vault. Like others have reported, I too had the unpleasant experience of dismantling raid gear. Bungie should provide a solution soon. We can't continue for several months by just deleting gear. The Spring update may bring more new gear. With the added speculation that Destiny 2 might not be released until 2018, we need more vault space ASAP.
-
Or just a dismantle button

Man, I need more vault space badly. Over the past year I have had to delete so much stuff that I never wanted to delete, simply because I wasn't going to use it in endgame activities and needed to make room for things I would. It almost physically pained me to delete all of my Crota's End weapons and most of my VoG weapons/armour, and all of my elemental PoE weapons... I always told myself that I can get it all back just by running the raids again, but realistically I know that won't happen. It took all that grinding to get it all the first time around, chances are that I won't be able to grind the old content like that again :( Old gear aside, I still don't have room for all the new gear available. I spent a good hour last night deleting stuff as every slot on every character was full, as was my vault. I deleted weapons that I loved simply because right now I've not been using it much. I deleted all the armour I got from the Treasures of the Dawning, only keeping the fancy armour, and I deleted the armour I got from Zavala's bounties simply because I had nowhere to put them. I appreciate Bungie giving us more gear, but more gear with nowhere to keep it just becomes an unwanted hassle.
