That I said outside of Sniper/Scout range. You can easily control it at anything closer than that. Thank Doctrine and Soulstealer.

Not nearly enough, a fast auto +2 bullets is way faster than a hand cannon, but hand cannon is more consistent due to Ghost Bullets.
