4 RepliesThis saddens me. I remember the lead up to Jade Empire, DA:O, Mass Effect, ME2 ... everything before this. They showed off their excitement in the story, the game play and the characters. Now it's "look how shiny this is".... It seems like a shallow thing to do. Kinda takes the "heart" out of it if that makes any sense. Makes it just look like they are aiming to please the "oooh shiny" crowd that get distracted by everything that twinkles. I'm a graphics whore, i'll admit it. I started gaming in the early 80's and went through every shitty looking game that has ever released. I love me some shiny. Just not in build ups. I want the shiny to be a by product of an awesome reveal or some excitement behind the game. I don't want the shiny to be the focus.

It is just another game filled with shallow token characters in order to promote a false sense of diversity while simultaneously putting aside quality character development. They may as well just call it Mass Effect: Inquisition or Mass Effect 3.5. Take your pick: it matters not. BioWare is officially dead.

1 ReplyWhile everyone else was paying attention to the graphics, I was mainly listening to the voice acting and soundtrack. It sounds pure Mass Effect to me, so I'm hyped. Sure, the graphics look great, but that's not what I care about when it comes to a Mass Effect game.

Hopefully this game will worth the wait! November 7 is now marked on my calendar. I am curious will Bioware release the Andromeda beta or demo.

Not really gameplay. Even if the video was showing actual gameplay. I would stay wait for the reviews, since with the little situation about some major roles (like the writer, director, and I think a artist) leaving the team anonymously. I really do hope the game isn't a flop, is just all I'm worried about personally.

14 RepliesWas hoping for combat....and the dude going on and on about 4k....makes me feel like current gen was a waste of damn money. Both consoles feel hella underused compared to how much I used the 360. I wish this shit was super optimized for current consoles if it were possible. Looks gorgeous though. Might just get a damn pc if I end up caring too much about graphics by then.

7 RepliesCouldn't believe how -blam!-ing boring this gameplay was, this is literally the first gameplay we've actually seen and it's just walking around. I wanted to see some combat, or something exciting. Game looks amazing, but that trailer or whatever you want to call it was just flat out -blam!-ing boring IMO. And the ps4 pro is a damned joke. Literally all it does it 4k and it comes with a 1TB hard drive. Microsoft kicked the shit out of Sony this year. The Xbox one s does all that and at the $400 price point comes with a 2TB HDD.
