I need an event... like now! Where is SRL when we need it?
It is summer time here in the states. The weather is warm, the bud is kind, and the beer is cold. Now I feel the need for speed!
Bring back SRL.
Toss in 2 or 3 more tracks. One on each planet would be nice.
Add a full set of gear that can be infused up to max light
Add in some Mario cart elements, like power ups, that give the ability to drop a mine on someone that is on your tail. Or a rocket, that can be fired at somebody ahead of you. But balance it out by also giving counter measures that can be employed to negate the offensive abilities.
Iron Banner and Trials are great fun for those that enjoy PvP. SRL is PvP, for those of us that do not really like PvP.
Please Bungie. Bring it back. Don't tell me you don't have the money to do it either. I have been kicking out dough to that tramp Tess for a while now. I want to see some return on that investment. I paid for the lobster, now I want a slice of pie...savvy?

I was not on destiny when srl came out and I would love to do some sparrow racing. That and the grimiore.

We have banner now. But I would welcome a return of SRL. Just once, before Destiny leaves me behind, I'd like to play a PvP mode that I don't suck at.

In picturing you in a comfy executive chair with a cigar in one hand and a glass of scotch in the other. You hit the intercom button on your desk and ask Suzy to send in Mr. Comeau to step in to your office. Which he promptly does. You know Mr. Conway works in concept design so you start telling what you want. Mr. Cunningham wants to please you and sees this as an opportunity to get a promotion. At least a raise if he gets everything right. At the end of your request you of course say "savvy?" and he looks at you a bit daunted. Mr. Copeland knows he can do it, but he needs more people. Unfortunately, everyone that can help is working on a bigger project slated for next year that can't wait. :/

I'd rather just have them bring Crimson Doubles back. I had a blast in it and am in the top 1% of that playlist. But anything would be nice. We still have 3 months until Rise of Iron. It's only been 2 since the April Update.

Personally i would want an even like festival of the lost or crimson doubles. I didnt enjoy sparrow racing but if others like it then why not. Im not for it or against it.

12 RepliesI can't speak for everyone, but I actually really enjoyed SRL. It was a lot of fun for me. And I did ok with it. Not the best, but I consistently ended in the top three. Which is pretty good. It gave a lot of us that are not the best in PvP a nice chance to enjoy a pvp element without being totally wiped off the face of the map. PLus I didn't really see a way for one person to have a true advantage over another. Everyone got that sparrow from the quest lines, so everyone should've had a sparrow that does tricks. I personally think that it was one of the most balanced things in this game. There really was nothing to nerf. Except that stupid ass fan blade. That thing needs a major nerf.
