Ward of Dawn concerns..
With all the classes getting buffs to the super damages and nothing being said about the Defender titan makes me a bit concerned. The titans bubble should only go down by killing the titan him/herself or dying out from duration. Now that the bubble didn't get a strength or duration buff, what are the bubbles limitations. 1 golden bullet? A titan smash from outside the bubble? A 5th of a special bar spent hammering it down instead of half? Even though the special is defensive, it does need a buff in duration, witdth and strength to further compete in the cruicble.

New changes they should imply either through armor or skill tree is deactivate supers that enter the bubble. The Ward of Dawn is descibed as an Undestructable light of void which proves that it needs to not be registed by others supers. Yes I know supers are meant to counter other supers but this is a defensive bubble that serves no offensive purpose. Bring the fight to the titan.

Edited by Dirges2984: 6/17/2016 1:23:42 PMI have a question, why would the bubble stop a FoH? FoH is a melee attack, at its core, and the bubble doesn't stop bodies from entering, just projectiles. Really most of your claims are irrelevant as well. Novabomb had its damage increased, so what. Novabomb always destroyed the bubble in 1 hit. It takes 2 shots to destroy, so it is hard to argue for a buff when things didn't change. Also ward does serve offensive purposes, weapons of light help kill thing just as well as some of the other supers. The only change I would make at this time is make the bubble last even if the defender dies.

6 RepliesMad because bad If the bubble couldn't be killed by other supers than the Titan would be untouchable for 30+ seconds, up to a full 45. Thats the antithesis of balance.

Because everyone would run defender. If you can't destroy it and it kills your super, how in the hell do you counter it? You could literally run a bubble train and use the exotic gauntlets with invective and never leave the bubble for ammo. Basically that thing people hate when a team of titans making the unlimited bubble/orb thing but magnified by 9000 because it suppresses supers and cannot be affected by supers until you die or it runs out. Just no man.

1 ReplyI defiantly think defender need to be looked at the grenade and melee instant recharge was no where near enough to balance it out. It is still my favorite subclass but i can defiantly feel the disadvantage of using it.

1 ReplyThe titan bubble is taken down by super hits not damage dealt. You could biff the golden gun x10000 but Ittl still take 2 shots to pop it. Same for hammers, same for nova

2 RepliesFoH always killed the bubble on touch though (even when activating outside) but gg i hope does stil take 2 shots, the hammers only got a pve buff so nothing there but the gg thing might be an issue
