So disappointed in Bungie with the upcoming update
No new raid
No new missions

1 ReplyYou know they could've just gave us the rehashed prison and called it a day, but they are giving us a new quest and mission ontop of a new strike and a old strike that has been taken. With a boss that can now spawn in as a taken. I'm content with what they showed and next week we are going to see what new gear we will be getting and then we can see what happens with the sandbox and crucible. So with the live team giving us this which will hopefully hold us over until the next expansion and who knows maybe they will have one more event in between the update and the expansion. Could they have brought the year 1 raids forward yes, but should they. Now understand I would love to get a vog and CE year 2 to earn those weapons again and experience a higher lvled version, but if they leave them behind I'll be happy with that. Why because we have to move forward. Vog and CE had their time and they lasted for a good long time. Poe had the shortest time out of the three so it makes sense to bring it forward and make it a replayable activity until the next expansion comes out which is what everyone is working on with a select few working on destiny 2 if that is now being worked on. We still don't know what the update will have in its entirety, maybe it will have some hidden things in, like what happened with black spindle. We just have to wait and see.

There are new quests. The first quest he accepted was on the dreadnought. They have said there is new quests. You can't be mad there is no new raid. There has never been a free update with a raid. Why would you expect it now?

I would have loved taken in vault of glass too, but taken in Crota's end wouldn't work. So hopefully they update this and bring up vault of glass as well. I can imagine the info about CE being updated: Hey guys! The taken are back and have invaded Crota's End! Increased light level to 42....We know Crota's dead, but... space magic! Hmmmm....that's why I don't see CE being updated, hopefully VoG though.

Actually, it says there is a new quest that culminates with a strike. That directly implies there will be a couple of story missions prior to the strike.

Why is anyone whining about what bungie is doing right now? They don't have to release any new content at all until August. You guys are not the bosses and do not what it takes to develop this game. They can release content once a year and still get your money and get your petty complaints while you keep playing.
