I havent wasted my time on it, with a ghost and a couple shaders, not worth the effort. Got better things to do, PvE content is what Im waiting on Bungie to get around to.

I'm really enjoying it. I've never played doubles before this, so I think I might be found a new favorite game mode. The only thing that bothers me is that when I resurrect my teammate I get killed immediately, but when the other team revives the other, they're immune for a few seconds afterward. Very annoying.

Yeah the shaders are pretty cool. I don't like red shaders, especially god of war, but the new shaders have textures on them. Which is pretty awesome to me. They should change textures more frequently. Just like the chocolate ghosts actually looks like chocolate simply because the way they changed light reflecting off it.

It was shit 6 bounties in a spruced up game mode with 2 pink shaders and a period emblem..fair enough it was free but it made me see how out of ideas they are..just give us all strikes in playlist and make poe/raids give relevant end game gear..I mean poe still gives armor/weapon cores and etheric light..people get left behind with no ttk and everything before then gets left behind for us with ttk..I'm not saying this would solve all but I'm sick of the same shitty strikes and one pointless raid (my opinion now I'm high level) did crimson doubles and honestly don't know when I'll play again. Disappointed guardian out.

I'm enjoying the event even if some deaths are very.... questionable. They joy comes from double fusion rifling. I've been running auto / pulse and fusion rifle and it's fun to kill those thorn sweats :)

I love it! Great fun. However the community will always find a way to bitch about things. In the meantime I enjoy the content. :)

Prison of elders chaos mode... Taken, 320 enemies, hundreds of enemies instead of the pathetic ones that are given.. Make it that hard only a small minority of players will complete... Then see all the idiots cry about the content they asked for being to hard. You can't win regardless what bungie do. I love this doubles, me and my mate won like 40/45 games, some of the firefights were great fun to be in. I'm enjoying it and can't wait to play it again tonight. 320 ghost is coming my way!!

I like it too. The game is old, what more can people expect. They put roses everywhere just for me, i feel special. Being buffed as last man standing is awesome and makes for some great moments.

I was pissed about this at first, honestly. But I played a bit this morning and had a good time even when getting my butt kicked. Got some Valentine shader and a legendary chest engram.

Me and my friends are enjoying it too. Really good fun and good matches.

I love it! But after grinding all day yesterday and the day before, I've only had one ghost drop and it was 304. I have never complained about drops and rewards in my life because the grind is the only thing that keeps some people coming back for more, BUT this hype for 320 ghosts has killed the loot for me. I've completed over 50 doubles matches now and that's all I've received. I'll have better luck in the raid for a 320

Pve events could be based around something fun to do by changing things up, rather than reskining old game types like crimson doubles. The same can be said for pvp events. Yes, I would love a pve event, but more than anything, I want to see thought and creativity put into whatever event they do. Putting a red coat on an existing game type while further increasing the endless grind isn't creativity, and these events feel more like cash grabs than bungie showing any kind of appreciation for us playing. And in terms of loot, crimson days is nothing more than a grind. You have one set of bounties to cover the entire week, probably because they offer instant, low level rewards rather a goal to work towards. Nothing in the game was really changed, and it expects you to grind matches instead of having bounties to complete or a goal to reach. It's supposed to be a special event, make it special, make it an event, and don't overhype it as something it's not or treat it as an easy a way to sell new emotes. An example of what I'm looking for: something crazy like "hexed by the vex" or "Thrall Thursdays." Something simple yet creative. Hexed by the vex could replace all enemies with vex on certain strikes, like omnigould. It doesn't have to make sense that they're on earth or the moon; it's an event, have fun with it as it's temporary anyway. Bounties can be something like complete vex related public events that would occur randomly on all planets, hunt planet specific vex majors on patrol (not camp out a spot that you know they'll spawn eventually, have them be able to spawn anywhere so that you can [i]hunt[/i] them. Maybe this could encourage people to work together as a team to scatter and search the map for their prey and wait to engage until the rest of their team gets there), kill an axis major before it escapes that will spawn randomly at any time or place along the path of the now vex occupied strikes. Hold an event similar to queen's wrath where the bounty handler/quest giver is a cabal defector. This could work well as a fourth of July event as it centers around helping a splinter group of cabal begin a war against the imperial forces in the Sol system. The fallen have defectors, why can't the cabal? Thrall Thursday could replace strike enemies with large numbers of thrall. This could involve progressing bounties that grant higher rewards at each step without necessary turning in a bounty. Sure, some of the standard "kill this many total" or "this many in five seconds can be there," but add some spice to it. Maybe have a bounty that starts with a simple objective: complete the strike without dying. Then when you turn it in to be granted the reward, the bounty is replaced with a tier two, then three, and so on version that gives the same objective, but builds on making it more difficult without telling you. The first tier: no problem. Tier two: motion tracker removed. Tier three: ammo count removed. Tier four: super ability removed. Tier five: grenades removed. Tier six: melee charge removed. Or something along those lines with progressing rewards that start dropping 320 gear after tier three. Not a chance for 320, an actual drop for spending all day working towards this increasingly difficult goal. And since it's a one day event, all progress resets when it's over and all bounties are removed so that it doesn't carry over to the next time to happens.

The only thing Bungie did was give us elimination as a 2 v 2, two re-skinned ghosts, two shaders, and a quest with [b]TWO[/b] steps!!!! Wtf! The f'ing ghosts don't even drop!! I haven't seen a single person on my fireteam get a ghost but we get shaders!!! Also we get 6 bounties! THATS IT. IT'S NOT EVEN DAILY. JUST RELEASE THE F'ING EXOTICS BUNGIE!! I'm still going to play it, but only because you can only have a good time when with friends.

Gonna play most of Saturday till I get the rosebright shader. Then I'm done.

I enjoy the game mode but the ghost drops are a joke. Non existent
