How do you beat the Devil Walker?
I'm having trouble beating this trash. Help?

2 RepliesShoot at one of its legs. After awhile, the armor around the leg should explode off. The walker will the "lay down" and expose its core. Shoot at the exposed core, and it will do extra damage. The walker will, in time, get back up and start attacking again. Fire at another of its armored legs until the armor blows off that, rinse, and repeat until the thing destroyed. P.S. your know that part that shoots the electric bolts? Shoot at that and it will come off eventually. Then it will only be able to use its missiles, which are easier to dodge. P.P.S. Shoot at it from a longer range. If you just try to go head-to-head against it, it creates shanks and drops deadly, bouncing Arc-based grenades at you. P.P.P.S. as a year 1 veteran, Im feeling very nostalgic now because of your question. I may try to fight Sepiks Prime later today now.

That crushing realization that after spending 15 mins on it, shooting it's head as a fresh lvl 8 beta player, it dies and you realize that sepiks prime is the final boss not the walker.....that mental image of sepiks prime then makes oryx look like its little blowup doll.

I stand at the back of the map and snipe. If you're doing sepiks prime, go left out of the door and stand behind the roof hvac units on the low building. No enemies can hit you.

Those were the days my Y1 companions....[spoiler]honestly, shoot it's legs out with whatever gun you want, once it falls to the ground and reveals it neck, shoot that with a sniper and it will deal additional damage. Snipers are great, sleeper stimulant works well, scouts and LMGs come third (in my opinion)[/spoiler]

Use focused burst first of all. Next, use a sniper on the legs and after you fuc[i]k[/i] up a leg the core will reveal and you gotta shoot that shit with a fuc[i]k[/i]in sniper

Yell really rude phrases at it in your language of choice.

You have to kill all the legs. When you hurt the legs, his neck shows up. Then, you shoot the neck, and then it goes back up. Rinse and repeat. Be wary of the rocket attack and the ground smash. They hurt.
