I've dismantled about ten, used to get one like every other hard oracle checkpoint

Well, I have about 70 VoG hm completions and I only got 2. First one at about 50.

I would argue no, because it can still drop. You can't get a Supremacy anymore.

Can't y1 weapons from in England on the old strikes?

Not Supremacy. Only available during the first Queen's Wrath event back in Vanilla. Pretty rare drop too, along with the ship.
