[b][u]Post here for Oryx challenge mode![/u][/b] Here is the explanation of how to do this challenge: [spoiler]The challenge is to detonate 16 bombs of blighted light at once. To start off you should whenever possible gather and super the first wave of thrall for orbs. You must kill your ogres before they begin walking around so that all the blights overlap to do this it is recommended that you have 2 defender titans with blessings of light bubbles and touch of malice up top on daughters platforms, plate holders should have enough time to help with their ogres if need be. On hard mode they will then have to kill they're light eater knight who spawns on the opposite corner of the map these knights are weak enough to be killed with primary but snipers are recommended. After your ogre and knight are dead the relic runner should have the aura by now meet him in center the titans should be finishing killing the fourth light eater knight at the time once everyone is middle Oryx should be slamming prepare to stagger him the two defenders will be using touch of malice but everyone else can either do the same or what I recommend is sleeper simulant it does the most damage in the shortest amount of time and it comes in handy for the next phase. Just wait out in the aura while clearing adds [b][u]do not[/u][/b] detonate your blights. The next phase should always be the teleport phase where you have to fight the shade of Oryx this is where sleeper comes in handy or a sniper will suffice as well. Try to jump out of the way of his smash while at the same time throwing sticky grenades on him. After this rinse and repeat until after you've just completed your third shade and are on your fourth set of ogres proceed as normal from here stagger Oryx and then count down to detonate blights the two extra members should be clearing adds and damaging Oryx. All fire team members must make it back to the aura alive in order for their blights to completely detonate. If done right this should instantly lower Oryx's health bar to near nothing and trigger his last stand where he will move to the front of the ship and attempt to clap one last time. [b]Finish him![/b][/spoiler] [i]If you choose to use sleeper simulant:[/i] [spoiler]Wear a pair of year one raid boots and pop a heavy synth to get 12 shots then remove your boots and it should maintain the ammo. If you wipe or die you will have to reequip your boots before you respawn or risk losing 3 ammo. 12 shots should last you the whole game you can shoot Oryx once each time with the added DPS of your group and stagger him instantly. That leaves two to three sleeper shots for each Shade phase plus whatever ammo packs you pick up on the way.[/spoiler] This strategy should have been the main strategy for killing Oryx all along because it is by far the fastest and easiest way to kill him.
