The new Xbox One layout?
Is it just me or does this new layout make Xbox the complete gaming system right now?
No hate on playstation, but boys you need to see this shit, Microsoft smashed it with this update!
Edit: Seeing good and bad reviews... Thought more people would have liked it.

2 RepliesLove it. Been a preview member for the last four months and at first it was terrible, but every update the UI was becoming more and more stable. The end result is a very sleek an fast UI. Trust me, they love it and some are just going to have to get use to it.

It looks cool... Haven't used it tho. And is that a return of the "blades" like 360 on the side? That should be default on every system. Something that overlays the game for quick actions rather than loading an entire UI.

3 RepliesIt doesn't seem like Microsoft has ever hired a UI designer. Or at least utilized a UI testing team. This new layout is even worse than the last one. It's not coherent at all. And I have to click several things to get to a toggle that should be accessible from the main screen to begin with (e.g. - appearing on/offline)

I personally can't stand it. Can't invite to party/game and still has glitches. I just wish the layout was more simple like ps4. At least it has decent backwards compatibility now. Finally can retire the 360 and replace it. Black Ops 1 coming back is huge for me. Hopefully we get Skyrim and L4D

4 RepliesI hate this layout. My biggest problem is there's not an easy way to find your 360 games. You have to go into where your games are installed and scroll right and see which ones you can re download. Why isn't there just a simple place for it? It just seems unorganized to me.

Runs like trash when trying to multi task, The whole thing will just freeze up if I'm trying to load anything while playing a game.

I have been beta-ing it. Having problems with party and sometimes games won't load up. Messages take about 29 seconds to load up each time. It says I have 100 but I know I have more. Can't figure out how to mass delete. Lots of things are easier but I still can't find some features and things that should be easy like deleting all messages don't seem to exist.
