Destiny we lasted over a year
I'm finally over you. I loved all of the time we spent together, and maybe we can hang out again in the future, but I just don't miss you like I used to. We spent countless hours together. Late nights, early mornings, and sick days were our anthem, but somehow I don't want to spend time with you like we used to. I wasn't able to stop thinking about you and I told everyone about you. Things are just different now. I'm moving on. It's not you, it's me. I just think we are seeking different things in life, and I don't want to waste our time. I wish you the best.
By the way, there is someone else now, so please don't call. I promise they did not influence my attitude towards you, but we are getting along great and I can't let you mess that up. You want me to happy, right? This is what's best for both of us. Take care!

The grind is too real, the content too unreal and Bungie's communication surreal. I absolutely undertand the decision to leave the game behind. I'm currently waiting on a nice Xbox Bundle with Halo. Probably buying it around Christmas.

MGS5, Bloodborn dlc, Black ops 3, Fallout 4, Witcher 3 dlc, shoot I still have to finish all that plus Street Fighter 5 in February and Uncharted 4 in March? Sorry Destiny, I might mess with you from time to time but you're no longer gonna be my main boo. You're my new side piece.

Best of luck to you. I agree the "shine" is gone, to a certain degree, on Destiny...other games are calling (SW: battlefront and Halo 5), and my friends list of active Destiny players is noticeably smaller as well. I have enjoyed it but all the new currencies, extra grind for Strange Coins (who would've thought??) and meager reward system once you hit 295 (hell, even the lower 300's don't even feel worth the time/grind)...it's really Bungie, not you. Frustrating, but I agree it's been a fun year as well.
