They just don't make Scout Rifles like they used to...
TL;DR: I've having issues finding a Scout Rifle I truly like in the Taken King.
I haven't been able to find a high impact/ low RoF Scout Rifle akin to my Aries Nemesis X4 in TTK. All of the ones I have found are either Medium Impact/ Medium RoF or Low Impact/ High RoF. Gheleon's Demise was the last Scout Rifle I found like it, but I could never get a roll I liked. I have an Omolon Scout Rifle, but I yearn for something with more power. Have any of you found anything like Gheleon's, yet?
Edit: Praise be unto Rahool. He gave me a Last Extremity with Triple Tap, Third Eye, and Extended Mag. My quest is over.

I feel the same, I've moved on to pulse rifles, especially the Hakke 4 round burst or the suros pdx family (hawksaw)

Hungry Jury (probably for the millionth time in here). Triple tap and firefly are unreal in pve when coupled with its amazing stability. No Oryx for me yet so I'm probably jumping the gun here, but honestly I could see some raid primaries going into mine at some point to keep it in my arsenal

8 RepliesVision of Confluence was my go to for the remainder of my year 1 days. Now I'm with the Omolon one with firefly just because. Anyone know of something on the lvl of vision of Confluence that's not exotic.

Yeah, I was about to say, Last Extremity is identical to Gheleon's, just gotta get lucky with the rolls. I will say that I love my Hung Jury. I know that not everyone likes the archetype, but it's super nice with the RoF and max stability...
