Who else is loving the download speed?
This is absolutely horrendous. How long have you been downloading? And what percentage is it at?
Edit: who else is gonna be up all night to play since it took all day?
Edit 2: Wow! Over 100 replies! Have fun here chat relax and realize the download will be done by the time my children have children

3 RepliesI was having really slow downloads on the PS4... saying 12+ hours still after 1.5 hours downloading... I paused the download from the menu that shows all your downloads (not the one I got when I tried starting destiny) and started it again right away and it dropped to 4 hours... I thought it was just messing up the estimate, but I could see the downloaded size jumping by a megabit every few seconds, which it wasn't doing before I had paused and restarted... tried again and it was down to 40 minutes (my ISP download is 50Mbps and my brothers entire download took 45 mins earlier today) tried again and it went to 16 hours and I could see the downloaded size wasn't changing very fast I did it a few more times and it seemed to be getting worse and worse, but I figured it was already over a day anyways so I kept trying with pausing different amounts of time between starting again and I was able to get it back down to 36 minutes and it was jumping by a few megabits a second. At one point it did look like it was going to start over from the start, but it zipped right back to where I had been before, so it knew I had the data already. *try at your own risk... It worked for me on the PS4 if you try it and it restarts your download or something don't blame me... (And don't' bother telling me it makes no sense... I work for an ISP and I know it makes no sense)

Started around 5:30PM, it's now 11:38PM. It was at 52% 6 hours later I'm at 77%.

24 RepliesChange your dns settings to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, speeds up the download considerably, was sitting at 18% for about 5 hours and it's bumped up to 82 an hour after changing my dns.

I started at 5 PM. It is now 10:16 PM. PS4 took about 3 hours, and Xbone is still going.
