Seriously, if you make everything but exotics from year 1 obsolete I'm done
Idc that people say, well that's how mmos work, that's not what was sold to everybody when this game came out.
It was all, it's going to run 5-10 years and you can run the same character and gear and progress along with the expansions as they come out.

bye we won't miss you. We were never going ot use the same weapons for 10 years, all weapon you use in pvp will still be viable except for Trials, and Iron banner.

I remember character being mentioned for progression. Never do I remember hearing [b]gear.[/b] That is just ridiculous to expect that the same gear will be there from day 1.

Do you know why our old weapons will suck compared to the new set? It's because they're nerfing anything with too much range or flat bonus perks. For example my Conduit with pefect balance headseeker and reactive reload is going to be a peice of crap post nerf. There's a way to word everything to make you think things are going to be good. I'm keeping all my stuff just in case. Don't get me wrong I'm excited to change the meta and get new stuff. However we DID work very hard for our current weapons and gear. That should count for something...but it won't. ~InvertedCat

1 ReplyThis will sound awesome or terrible: You know all those year one weapons? Summoner, Fatebringer, etc? Well with the exception of exotics: ALL YEAR ONE WEAPONS SHOULD BE ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET. THEY WILL NEVER. DROP. AGAIN. Every single weapon in year one should be replaced by weapons in year two. It will show the difference between year one players and the soon to be year two players. Plus, if their going to replace the arsenal, they need to get rid of the whole package.
