Seriously, if you make everything but exotics from year 1 obsolete I'm done
Idc that people say, well that's how mmos work, that's not what was sold to everybody when this game came out.
It was all, it's going to run 5-10 years and you can run the same character and gear and progress along with the expansions as they come out.

6 RepliesAre you retarded? That is exactly what was pitched to us, that's how mmos work. sure you can carry you're weapons and gear to the next expansion, doesn't mean that they won't pale in comparison to anything that comes with the expansion.

The game has been out for a year now so adding stronger weapons is expected and with those new weapons year 1 weapons were going to get left behind and for the next 2 dlc's after this year 2's weapons will be able to be upgraded to the new max damage until year 3 (ETC) The point is enjoy the weapons now and keep them as trophies latter.

Dude game informer said in the first mission new uncommon we opals dropped that were out damaging and out classing old raid weapons like voc and black hammer? They were uncommon weapons, just wait for the legendary weapons and let's see how they compare

I understand why people are upset. I love my VoC, why is it practically useless now? On the other hand, I'm a million times more excited for the new weapons. Also, I think my VoC will become boring to use.

1 ReplyAnd all year 1 weapons can still b used on patrol and crucible personaly i love the idea of new weapon and armour hunts as it was getting tedious with everything so easy to get this dlc mixs it up a bit and gets you thinking about whats best to use again looking forward to it
