Just did 28 PoE as my 34 hunter. Died on the way down to the treasure. It happens. You revive or wait for the person to come down right? Well this guy opened the chests without me. Got there with 1 second left and didn't get any of the chests. I messaged him and said he should have just waited, and so that next time he would know. He just messaged and said, "Learn to be faster." Does everyone have this horrible attitude? I have been running into more and more people like this in this game. It's sad.
Edit: Everyone saying I shouldn't have died, please post your perfect PvE KD ratio. Thanks.

Thanks.[/quote] There's a difference between dying mid fight surrounded by elite troops of the darkness in your last struggle to make it to the mine and dying on your way down to a treasure room.

I literally takes 2 seconds to revive someone. Why is it so hard for people to that? Is your loot so important that it can't wait another 2 seconds?

It should be a given that you wait for the whole fireteam to be at the chests alive and well. But some people are egocentric, not much to do about it.

1 ReplyI almost always get to the treasure room first, and I always wait for everyone to get down there. I've seen a few people get down there, open the chests and leave before the third person will get down there.

3 RepliesEdited by Twistedjez: 6/5/2015 8:25:06 AMi did lvl 34 and died as the boss died, the other 2 ran to the airlock and i was left with no res, it didnt take me to the airlock when the calling all guardians message came up or whatever it is and they couldnt get back out to res me. so i was fkd. no treasure armour core or fk all. 2 hours wasted!. this bug needs fixing. ive not done another poe since its pissed me off so much, i just cba. thx bungie.

AT A GAME!! Now, I think that many games have a problem with these kinds of people, but here on the forums it is just very, very apparent. Seriously, if you read the forums sometimes you might as well lose faith in humanity.

Not my fault either, I landed on every ledge on the way down but when I dropped off the last ledge to the top of the circular hole (about 20ft!) the game decided that was too far and destroyed me. My team waited though!

Yes, the guy was a complete ass. But seriously, who dies on the way down to the treasure room? There are platforms that you can use on the way down.

I wish that our community was more mature and helped others out instead of trying to make it seem like they are all better for not dying at the end of PoE. I've revived people who died at the chests before. I would do it for anyone because i would want it to happen with me if i died at the chests. Really saying not to die at the end is just a plain stupid typical response.

Happened to me last night. Missed the last ledge, slow on the jump button, and died. I didn't think you could be revived. One teammate came back and started to revive me, other teammate yelled out, "Don't revive him." Guy revived me but too late to get a chest. I didn't mind not getting the rewards (it was my fault), but I thought what douche nozzle the second teammate was. On the bright side I still got the armor core and got to level 34. I'll drop slow and steady from now on.

I have been on lots of PoE runs where someone dies on the way to the chest and I always wait for them, it's just rude not to.

It's really upsetting to see all these it's your fault posts in reality if they can't wait for the team that helped them reach the treasure room then that guardian is just selfish trash and if you're only defence is still he shouldn't have died then you yourself do this to randoms most likely ..sad little lights .
