Just did 28 PoE as my 34 hunter. Died on the way down to the treasure. It happens. You revive or wait for the person to come down right? Well this guy opened the chests without me. Got there with 1 second left and didn't get any of the chests. I messaged him and said he should have just waited, and so that next time he would know. He just messaged and said, "Learn to be faster." Does everyone have this horrible attitude? I have been running into more and more people like this in this game. It's sad.
Edit: Everyone saying I shouldn't have died, please post your perfect PvE KD ratio. Thanks.

He should've waited, deaths on the fall are rare but they happen. You helped, you should have been rewarded.

It happens to the best of us. We goof up and splat at the bottom. Maybe it was poor timing. Maybe your kid put his face in front of you. Maybe your dog started crapping on the carpet. I will always wait until every player in my fireteam is near the chests before opening. And to make it clear to the other Guardian that I intend on waiting for everyone, I sit down about 20 ft in front of the chests. Keep your head up, Guardian. We aren't all selfish and unreasonable children.

2 RepliesOK for everyone talking crap. He fell on the way down not against the enemy. Which happens. Its common courtesy to wait for the whole team to at least touch foot on the bottom. Even you "hardcore" gamers have made a foolish mistake. And don't you say you haven't. The point he is making is why is the destiny community as a whole a bunch of stuck up pieces of trash. I've only come across a couple of decent people in my time playing destiny. So let's grow up and stop being a bunch of elitists

A response to your first Edit: People dying from [i]enemies[/i] in pve is totally different then you dying from fall damage in a game where you can double jump to reduce your fall.

I love destiny's mechanics, falls down the poe drop and dies. Its very acceptable. Jumps off tower in crota. Magically lives(; gotta love destiny.
