question for the 32 only people
Why won't you take a 31 into Crotas end on hard mode? Even if he has maxed gally he is worth more to the fireteam then a 32 with hunger of crota but you still decline him? Why?

A max hoc will do more damage if used by a level 32 than a 31 using a gally.

SIKE a 32 with max hunger does more damage than a 31 with max ghorn however if your sword bearer is a 32 hunter then he can carry two 30's and a 31 as long as they don't die much but to answer your question it's because a 32 has more defense and attack than a 31.

I've beaten crota hard mode with 4 31s and honestly it took 20 minutes if that to get the strategy down and beat him, so as long as the teams decent I will definitely take 31s

I'll take a 31 with maxed gally any day. I don't care if you suck or not. If you can lock on and fire when told and heal with orbs and not get hit by something stupid you can join no doubt about it.

And since my time is precious, and I don't have all the time in the world to deal with bungies grinding to get somewhere, I want the team that will, on average, succeed more than they fail. If you wish to do the raid at level 31, stick to normal mode until you get to lvl 32. Given how Xur has sold plenty of different exotic armour pieces, and how armour seems to drop better on crota's than VoG, it's not entirely difficult to get to lvl 32. Unless your one of the rare few whom rngesus does not bless ever. If you can't understand that at least, no explanation will.

I always help lower levels because I know what it was like.. ALTHOUGH... It IS very frustrating wasting your time on ANY level that doesn't listen, is argumentative, or just don't cooperate (most of you know or if you don't then your one of them) Just try to find a good team that's patient and knows what to do.. I'll help anytime man GT same as name even find a clan to join mine is very cool and helpful. People on forums require those things because they don't know you, those things represent some type of skill (not really, they just help of you don't have skill lol).

Every Time we did Crota , we had a 31 in the fireteam, he juste need to be a good player ;)

I helped a group of 5 31s through hard. I left at crota so they could get a good 32 sword guy though. It wasn't that bad just took a little extra effort from everyone.

Everytime I see "32 only" posts I read the same thing. "All I want is the path of least resistance that requires the least amount of skill so I can get my cookie without having to try very hard. Also, this game isn't fun for me. It's an exercise in elitism and control that serves to feed my child's ego so,if you play for fun just skip this post."

My group is actually kinda iffy on letting in 31's personally I don't mind, and occasionally well have a 31 with us, but the argument is dps on crota and the amount of damage is reduced even on that maxed gjally. Having too many 31's just makes it more difficult something im sure none of us would mind... If we could ever finish it in one straight shot without having lag -blam!- us over

2 RepliesImo, it's easier to stay alive as a 31 when your at crota than when you're anywhere else before that. Anything before crota a 31 is pretty much getting carried.
