Earth on patrol. After spawn go left, down stairs and go to room where 3 are. After kill run out left around crate and back in and they are back. There is a long pause between sometimes but I think this is from others on top or just a reset. Plus if you put on wax idol you get about 125 glimmer every time (10 secs or so) drops are random.
