I got one from the two Knights guarding the hive entrance past the dome on the moon. Went again to the area and did not get any, so its random drops. It was cool, I got a surprised when I saw a guardian wearing one on Tuesday before I went to the tower. I wonder if it'll be good for use after halloween? I'll try one on today.
