I don't know why the effect works for some and not others. But I want to see this stuff work without fail at some point. I don't get how Bungie has always required port switching for their games, while other games can stabilize their server connection and game connection to the point where you can't even tell the difference between solo play and online (sorry for the side comment there) but it just adds credence to the fact that they want to make us happy but things are happening and it's ruining experiences. I wanted the jackolyte head to work so bad, tried it twice and gave up because I get no audio differences and no visual head change, I have noticed hive run away and more glimmer drops, but that is it....
