I saw in the ign post there are 4 new sparrows being released:
S-30 Tumbler: Blue paint with orange flame decals.
"It takes a skilled field mechanic to disable limiters without destabilizing the entire drive."
S-31 Nightfall: Black paint with orange flame decals.
"Drive fast and take risks."
S-32 Snowflake: White paint with orange flame decals.
"In modifying field drives, the limiting factor is tolerance to the idea of explosive engine disassembly."
S-33 Dragonrider: Green paint with orange flame decals.
"At some point, it will come down to how tightly you can hold on."

the rumor is XUR, but I'm guess you can get them as drops from doing strikes, crucible, raids. But for now, we can only wait until more information is available

Someone posted 400 nightfall kills, but I already did the nightfall & have no intention of returning this week unless that is confirmed. Seeing how it is themed, I wouldn't be surprised if it drops only off of Hive majors & ultras, rare drop. But As Xur does come back on Halloween, that would definitely be a possibility too.
