Whats so good about the Icebreaker?
like i have the Queens sniper rigle already and it has same impact same attack lvl and more stability, reload and mag and also has an agile scope wich i like alot for pvp on close encounters (and best part is its only a legendary so i can still equip an exotic in another slor) So what so good about the ICEBREAKER should i change my mind? what are some of the great uses for the icebreaker?

In PVE special ammo is a lot more rare; no gun is awesome if you can't use it. Synthesis is a 5 minute cooldown so it doesn't really compare. Icebreaker is your Ol' Faithful because it is always available and most fights have a blind spot where you can shoot without risk of dying. In short, it enables you to solo most Nightfalls / level 28 dailies without dying. In PVP there are probably better options, considering the abundance of special ammo and the fixed scope. I also use the queen sniper for Crucible, but I carry both guns at all times.

Ice breaker has the ability to regenerate ammo. You can't reload it. This makes it super valuable for strikes with juggler active (no ammo drops). It also has mulligan which can return missed shots to the mag, and when you kill someone with it, the enemy combusts and deals damage to enemies around it.
