What is really weird is when I visited the postmaster in the tower to get my emblems and I started claiming them I saw the "shield of Heroes" Icon flash for s split second, but I have no emblem? I really hope that Bungie addresses this somehow and has a fix. It's messed up to say "hey all you loyal players who have been with us since the beginning, you are getting some cool stuff as a thank you" BUT " If you don't have it on day one then there is nothing we can do". If they are offering legacy rewards then they should make sure that they can delivery or find another way to reward loyalty if this way is not 100%. No I feel a little disappointed, but Bungie should be more clear. For instance, my xbox profile shows all the achievements for H3,ODST,Reach and Durandal and when Reach was launched do you remember the Legacy Nameplates for past games? Well, I have Nameplates for H1 on PC, Linked Bnet profile, H3, ODST, Durandal, 4 out of five games played and beta, so how is it that all my history and stats unlocks nameplates just fine for Halo Reach, but not a thin for Destiny? Now, I did change my Gamertag a few months ago, but everything else shows, so I don't get it at all??
