You do not qualify for the Shield of Heros/Legends/Mythics. You were an "Exalted Member" but you needed to be an "Exalted Mythic Member". For example, if you look at my [url=http://halo.bungie.net/Account/Profile.aspx?memberID=579555]account[/url], you'll see it says "Exalted Legendary Member".
