Destiny beta Pre download. (give this lots of attention so Bungie can see)
Should we be able to download the Destiny beta a couple days before it starts. This way we dont have to wait for it to download. We can just press play at midnight or whenever. What do you think?

Yes considering I'm leaving on the 17 I'd love to be able to wake up early after pre downloading it so I can play some before I leave as I get back on the 27

Voted yes but it says you can pre download all those games when you look on the psStore including destiny it says something like Pre load game on 9-4 or 9-5 or something like that. What i'm saying is if they are doing that with games why not betas?

It'll suck on release that the Pre-loader takes a crap and anyone who pre-load is unable to play on launch.....Seen issues arise when pre-load version doesn't match game versions and required uninstalls and re-install in PC, really pisses you off at midnight on launch day

It only took a few minutes to download the Alpha, i bet that 10 minutes more for the Beta wont hurt that much...

Why not eh? It wouldnt hurt anything as long as they kept the server off until midnight. It doesn't bother me downloading because it only takes like 5 minutes for me but for the people with slow connection would like it.

I dunno, i guess i don't care so long as the servers could handle everything (the mass logging in at midnight while people are still downloading)

Edited by MysticJon: 6/27/2014 5:28:34 AMMy download speeds are always pretty fast anyway, so its not a big deal to me. And even if my downloads were slow, I'm not so impatient that I can't wait for the download to finish. I'd just start the download before I go to work or something.
