Every time I have completed a Crucible match and waited out the timer to go to orbit, I am stuck with a ship screen that just sits there. I can open my character, and I can look at other activities in something like the Portal, but I can't launch anything. My ESC key doesn't even bring up the change character screen or exit to Desktop. Its annoying, and it lasts long enough that closing the game and reopening it feels faster. Edit: I have been trying to get it to happen again, with no luck. I don't know what I did for me to try to replicate it or if I need to play at peak hours or something.
