EDIT: The triumph in question automatically completed for me when I logged in just now. Not sure what kind of glitch caused that, but I guess problem solved? ---------- The triumph "One Of Many," required to gild the Ghost Writer seal, is not progressing. I believe we've been defeating all Headless Ones in each Haunted Sector. Unless something's changed, 13 should be the max amount of Headless Ones that can be summoned. I doubt anything's changed, as we can only summon 10 before the boss spawns, and then we can summon 3 more during the boss encounter. I've defeated 13 Headless Ones in each of the four Haunted Sectors, but the triumph has shown no progress. I've also been staying in the activity until it goes to the Results screen just in case, but that's made no difference so far. Image of the triumph added.
