can we get some new character face options ?
like its great that we can change it now it really is but more options would be great too +the only time you really see the face is in the menus and the tower
if we could have a show face in combat areas would be good
"options" i mean new hair styles, colors, paints/tattoos, head attachments, beards etc
as a hunter id also love the options to toggle our cloaks hood to be up/down.. also what if we got some helmets that are more like masks kinda like what osiris has like your characters face is visible but has their mouth covered with a mask
idk if this would be an issue with loading so...

And haircuts that dont look like trash. Seriously...male haircuts are a mess. Same for a lot of female ones

Totally agree. So many of the faces look old and grizzled too. Could do with some younger faces in the Awoken and Human options. Not many young players will be impressed with what's available right now.

1 ReplyI agree character customization should’ve been upgraded a long time ago. But honestly I don’t care, my guy hasn’t taken off his helmet since D1. And I’m pretty sure I just picked whatever was default. It’s more for other peeps.

Finally got my hunter to look like the Major from Ghost in the shell. I wish we had a transparent helmet. That would be cool.

2 RepliesOn the one hand - eh, most people toggle the option to keep helmet on in all social areas. On the other hand - sure, maybe people wouldn't keep helmets on if we had more options. I'm 90% sure that if keeping helmets on wasn't an option, we'd find out that the majority of players picked the same face, hair, colours and markings.

I am still shocked Bungie hasn't added new hair or facial hair. Maybe scars, like if they want to trout the game as an MMO (It isn't) at least have the character customization of actual MMOs.

1 ReplyI want facial hair. My warlock is a stark raving mad thanatonaut. When i take my helmet off to see this extremely clean cut guy its such a contrast compared to whats in my head.

When you think about character customisation you think about a diverse and complex customisation such as: Complete customisation of facial structure and features. Complete customisation of body composition, size/build, weight, height, shape. Complete customisation of hair, facial hair, body hair. Complete customisation of characters voice, including high pitch to low pitch adjusting a meter bar. Compete customisation of s*x appeal. With the ability to change when you please. Also factoring in limitations as you wouldn’t wana cheat the game by making your character too slim/skinny and short to deem it harder for other players to kill you in pvp, or getting into tight places to cheese aspects of pve. With responsible limitations in place and a complete overhaul of destiny character customisation, it won’t hurt the game.

How about the ability to hard customize our character's facial features. It's been something you can do since forever. I'd also like the ability to (minorly) customize our character's curves. I want my titan to look stacked. Right jow she just looks... Like a person... Not very intimidating... Yet at the same time I want my Hunter to be that tiny little thang nobody even knew was there. Honestly, my warlock would be fine... Even if the customizer is that size triangle that Fallout does.

Maybe we could just customize our faces straight up. I hate having to use a preset.

They should also have the helmet setting be character based. My Hunter never takes off their helmet. My titan keeps his helmet on too. But my warlock likes to go without his helmet whenever possible. Those horns add a lot more weight than yiu'd expect. Yes, I put too much thought into this stuff and for zero payoff.

Or to make it look like we're actually paying for something worthwhile. That should already be in the game with better face options.

3 RepliesIt's been 10 years...... Maybe when D3 comes out. Now that the honeymoon phase is starting to wear off. People are seeing that these "episodes" are copy paste seasons. This will not last long! This game will be back to pre final shape numbers soon and worse. D3 needs to happen!
