I'm tired of PVP
I don't care if you think it's cope, I don't care if you say git gud, I don't care about any of your opinions on this mode.
I'm trying to get the Iron Lord title, because lore wise, I think the Iron Lords are freaking cool. But I am on the last step to getting it, Jolders Victory. Which requires 100 WINS in IB across multiple seasons. At this rate I need 20, more wins to secure it, and all this has done is reinforce what I always knew and believed about D2 PVP.
It's awful.
I'm just tired of it, the whole mode is a dumpster fire, I have to go through multiple sessions to even eke out 1 victory. This isn't a grind, it's a slog.
The fact that this mode exists the way it does, with a clear and biased meta on certain guns and rolls and perks and subclasses makes me sick. It could have just utilized Bungies supreme gunplay that Destiny utilizes so well. Bare bones guns, no mods, no superpowers, just skill vs skill. But no they had to just make it a nightmare.
Again, I don't care what you think, this mode is garbage, and as soon as I have the title I'm probably never playing PvP again. This mode can be fixed, but Bungie needs to make serious effort to do so.
(Update) I got the title now so I have stopped playing PVP. Guess I should put that out there.

My .87 k/d allows me to find the snipers, pulses and scouts and kill them. I can play if I choose to, I do not. I just have fun. I approach the game to have fun. It hasn’t been fun in a long time, but damn it, I like the gun play. The rest needs new upper management and an actual customer service.

Pvp has sucked for awhile and it'll just keep getting worse and worse because Bungie has no idea how to run pvp anymore.

2 RepliesDude you played 30 games of IB back to back ….like duh of course you are over it ! Also it’s IB it’s always a 💩 fest ! I play 5-6 matches at the most . Play small doses and don’t take it seriously makes it easier to play . Skill is a whole different topic 😂

It’s not hard. I’m not a good player and I’m at 210 wins this season playing solo.
