The time has come! It’s clear they don’t listen to their customers and the regular price increases have just become to much. As a veteran flixer going back to the pre-alpha Betamax era of the company (when it was known as tapes-in-the-mail) I believe my opinions carry tremendous weight. This was not an easy decision, but it is clear to me that the people that made “tapes-in-the-mail” and the early days of Netflix are no longer part of the company and that the industry on the whole doesn’t care about us flixers anymore.
