Storm grenades were easier to fix since Arc Titan has more going on for it than just the grenade. Reducing the duration makes them more balanced in both PvE and PvP. Invisibility is the core and basically only mechanic of Void Hunters, so they need to find a way to weaken it without killing the subclass.
