Hello friendly guy. I have only 3-20 ms on 90% servers on the planet even with my shitty 1000.Mbit/1.Gigabit 1000/1000. Like you hinted at. My Gigabit fiber line is oldschool. Still. When Sony bought Bungie, Bungie servers went to -blam!-. Sony and Bungie blames ME 100% because their servers -blam!- up. This never happened before Sony -blam!- bought Bungie. I blame Sony 100% for their shitty rental servers. I don't blame Bungie as they are only a sub company. Sony rents the useleless servers for Bungie nowadays, because Sony lacks money.

Bandwidth beyond the basic requirement to play is meaningless. What error codes you most commonly get?

You could have a million GB of bandwidth and you'll still get error coded to hades and back if you have any packet loss at all. I sincerely hope this is a bait post from you man.
