Just curious, who was the "genius" at Bungie who decided not to have Freelance every time for trials?

Whenever you have freelance it's makes team trials basically empty and almost impossible to play with duo teams. Plus most players who three stack end up going into freelance because its easier to farm the freelance players who aren't great. Also no, I'm not saying we should have it easy for the 3 stacks to farm solo que players. What bungie needs to do and actually are looking into doing is, only ever have solo que players match against solo que and duo teams. While also only having 3 stacks against 3 stacks and duo teams. We should never see 3 solo que players going against 3 stacks but having it where at least a duo team with a solo que player against a 3 stacks seems a little more fair. This actually condenses the player base into two player pools. Non flawless matchmaking and flawless matchmaking. Instead of having the player pool split into 4. Personally I don't think we should even have flawless matchmaking pool, considering a lot of people on these fourms complain they match against "reset" players. Plus whenever a team is flawless for the week they avoid flawless pool. It doesn't give any incentive for players to want to play after getting a flawless. (the reward system they've just implemented, won't actually encourage people to play in flawless pool for long).
