Creating a fireteam
I wanted to create a fireteam (like i could before witch queen) but i cant now because i didnt purchase witch queen on my current playstation account. I could've made teams before witch queen fine even though ive never bought the expansions on this account. Seeing as i cant buy the expansion since i technically own witch queen already can i never make a fireteam again?

The policy changed around the launch of witch queen. The account trying to create posts must own an expansion. Unless the policy changes, you will need to start buying the dlc on your account.
