Ascendant Alloy didn't reset with new week.
Master Rahool seems bugged/glitched. Upon weekly reset, game and console reset, the ascendant alloy didn't reset with the new week.
Never was able to get one to drop from any activity and so I was counting on the reset for Osteo.
I bought one last week(4 or 5 days ago) and through the reset it still says weekly limit already bought.

Maybe Bungie are so busy counting their billions they forgot a week is only 7 days? :D

Just adding to the list. Same with the non reset. It’s is frustrating and as one stated the grind is so much worse because of the gating. I suspect we were leveling everything up to fast to make the replay ability of the game less enticing. However, this is not the way to address that aspect. Content will always rule and timely new content periodically will work as well or better.

Same problem what the heck . Make a crafting system and then make it so hard just to get one alloy . And to boot why on earth did we have to waste one during the crafting steps . If we had known we couldn’t obtain more we would have skipped the quest step .

I am also experiencing this bug. I noticed the alloy didn't reset and I've jumped onto different characters/lobbies to try to buy it for the week. Bungie why the hell did you make ascendant alloys so hard to obtain. You did the opposite of making me want to grind.
