Hunters going invis in crucible now is obsurd.
They are basically invisible for the whole game. Crucible has actually got worse, didn't think it was possible.
Zero likes, wonder if that's because there are so many crutchy hunters in the game that can't see things fairly?

2 RepliesStop using your radar. Look at the screen. I've never had a problem with cloaked (Because it certainly isn't invisible) hunters. They are surrounded by an ethereal aura, there is a noticeable sound queue when you use it, both for dodge and the smoke bomb. If you are getting picked off, it is because you are not paying attention. Simple as that. Most people who play PvP well, barely, if at all, use their radar.

That is all they have now tether is trash and will always be in pvp . I have hit so many people with a direct tether for them to just jump out of it and kill me . That is not right

My biggest issue with invis is that it doesnt take any intelligent gamesense or individual skill to learn and use and there isnt much counterplay to it except just staying out of close quarters. Disappearing off of radar is just a dumb gimmick that is boring to play against.

Agree that it's annoying right now though I still think that PVP's biggest problem is the 1990s P2P networking especially with crossplay. Local dedicated server's is where they really should start, assuming that they have some people that could do this correctly. Fix the foundation before you start rebuilding the house.

Thats what you get when you nerf our other stuff. Nerf invis and everyone will dome you with 1 shot throwing knife and tripmines with young ahamkara's. Would you rather have invis everywhere which is easy to counter by using your eyes. Or have tripmines everywhere so you cant use your movement and then get domed by a throwing knife. Ask yourself that.

What’s ABSURD is that invisible hunters are more visible than unloaded character models. Hunter invisibility has always been easy to spot as far back as Y1D1. If it annoys you so much wait until Solar and arc 3.0 come out. Of course it’ll probably bring you back complaining about whatever is new and shiny about those.
