I was talking with FedEx customer support and they said that the package is considered lost, I was wondering how I would get a refund from bungie

8 RepliesContact the place you purchased it from as bungie is never super helpful with refunds and will simply refer you to Microsoft, target, Jim’s discount game van. Etc etc. However that damn fedex driver probs just really wanted osteo striga 😂

8 RepliesIf it’s fedex it’ll show up in a few weeks I bought a set of tires and rims for my truck. The rims showed up but the tires never did. FedEx eventually said they were lost and to talk with the supplier to get more ordered. I talked to the supplier and they sent a new set of tires out and were going to deal with FedEx through their insurance for lost items. The new tires showed up 2-3 days later. About a week after I had the tires mounted and balanced…….the first set of tires showed up 🤦🏻♂️ I had to then deal with shipping a set of 35x12.50x20’s back to the supplier. It was such a cluster -blam!- I avoid FedEx like the plague. You don’t happen to live near Atlanta GA do you? The FedEx that handle my area is an absolute joke and everyone knows it.

So does that mean you can’t play the DLC yet ? I’m not sure how the collectors editions works. Do they email you a game code ?
