In your own reply to yourself, you said you cannot cancel Cross-Save. If you enabled Cross-Save and you made a purchase within the last 90 days on any of the associated accounts, you'll be unable to disable Cross-Save until 90 days have passed from the exact time of purchase. If that's your issue, then, unfortunately, you'll have to wait it out.
