Deleting a steam account without a pc
So I can't hear anyone in ingame chat. I been told to delete my steam account and don't know how to do that without a pc. I get kicked out of activities due to not been able to communicate properly, will someone help or bungle please delete my steam account please

2 RepliesHi there! Please note that deleting any platform accounts will NOT resolve any in game issues. It is not recommended to do so. Can you please clarify on the issue you are experiencing? Are you not able to talk in game but others can hear you? Do you have a speaker icon next to your name in game? Is your voice chat setting option enabled in game?

1 ReplySo the problem I had was not being able to hear anyone in game chat for months but they can hear me (I play on ps5). I reported the problem on this forum but no one was able to help. I too disabled cross save but did not delete the accounts - so don't disable cross save or you want be able to relink for 90 days! What I did was go into destiny game settings, go to sound settings. Select the reset to default option at bottom right screen (square PS button) and I can hear in game chat again. So thank you bungie for not helping me. Hope this work out for you.

Hello there, To delete your Steam account [u][b]FIRST it is highly recommended that you disable cross save and delink it from your bungie.net profile. If you delete your Steam account without doing so, you will not be able to disable cross save and it will permanently be linked to your profile.[/b] [/u] As for your request, Bungie cannot delete any profile accounts. You will need to access them directly via their platforms. If you do not have access to a PC you can access it via mobile browser.

dude never delete a platform account because of in-game issues

DO NOT DO IT.. If you delete a account you can not deactivate cross save and remove the account as you can no longer authenticate it.
