This is true for people at the bottom who never ever play pvp but still feel entitled to the rewards, out of some sort of victim complex. It is also true that the people at the top feel entitled to stomp on everyone else, and so instead of admitting defeat and trying harder whenever they lose to another sweaty team, they divert blame to the "terrible matchmaking". Both sides need to understand that pvp is meant to be competitive by its nature, and you can't just expect wins and rewards handed to you for free.
