You have to do the Arms dealer strike. When you spawn you go to the right and a door will be open. When you go through turrets will be in there. Continue until you make it outside. Kill the phalanx and turrets. Then you’ll find a crate on the back platform. On that platform there’s a crate with a data pad. Collect the data pad. After that you go to Zavala and get the next step. Then go to the Tangled Shore up in the top left there should be a destination with an exotic engram icon with a ship behind it. Do the mission, but at the end even after the talking wait at least two minutes and then the end timer will come and you will get dead man’s tale. Then you go to Zavala and finish the quest.
