The weapons that gave a max light strength of 1060 should be allowed to be upgraded to current season power levels. Many of these weapons were very difficult to obtain (examples are Managerie weapons like Austringer, Beloved and Parcel of Stardust, Black Armory weapons like Blast Furnace, Galliard-42 XN7568, and Acantha-D XK8434, and Crucible Weapons like Revoker, Redrix's Broadsword and the Komodo-4FR.
My reasoning extends beyond the fact that it took us guardians hours and days to get these weapons. The current loot table includes armor from the 1060 season that has been given an infinite upgradability designation using infusion, but weapons from the same season are still locked at 1060 light.
Please get rid of the hugely unpopular sunsetting COMPLETELY so we can use our favorite guns.

2 RepliesThey were all brought up to 1100. Try to stay up to date. Also, saying your here since 2014 means nothing

Nope. Not gonna happen.

15 RepliesLiterally the entire reason Sunsetting exists is because a decent sized pool of those weapons broke the game. The old Ritual Weapons (Python, Komodo, Edgewise, Randy's, etc) I'd agree with, reintroducing the quests. But stuff like Revoker, Recluse, Rations were the exact reason Sunsetting was ever introduced.

Sorry if they do it now there would be an uproar. You think I don’t miss some weapons, armor? Time to move on, or keep clogging up your vault with stuff you can’t use in end game.
