At about 12:30am this morning (3/15/2021) I completed the weekly Xur quest called Xenology, but after talking to Xur the quest disappeared and I was not awarded an Exotic Cipher. I've looked at other people with this issue but they generally already had a cipher in their inventory, I did not. I should note that: 1. My inventory was full at the time. But unlike other turn in quests, this quest still disappeared, and the Exotic Cipher did not show up in my mailbox. 2. I have zero Exotic Ciphers in my inventory or in my vault. 3. Restarting the game did not help. Ideally, I'd like to still be awarded this Exotic Cipher, and this bug should be looked at. It is very aggravating to do the grind and then have the prize at the end disappear. Thanks for your help in advance.
