Xenophage and the general Heavy Economy needs to be reworked for pvp/Gambit

The main problem is that you get 10 shots, TEN, for one singular heavy brick. This is without any MG scav perks on the boots. If you do have scavs, it's essentially half of the entire gun's capacity in one brick. There is not a single other heavy weapon in the game that behaves like this. Sure, rockets can give you upwards of 3-4 with the right perks, but rockets suck and dont 2 tap guardians from 500m. Gambit is essentially in a Sleeper Simulant state right now because you literally cannot play without getting beamed by this weapon. Two shots and you're dead, maybe even one shot from someone using High Energy Fire + Bubble or a debuff on you. The main problem, as with pvp, is scavenger perks. Why do these apply in pvp gamemodes where someone can shotgun/snipe someone, grab their special brick, and suddenly get 7 sniper/sg ammo from thin air? This has been plaguing the game since Forsaken dropped nearly 2.5 years ago. So can we get a change? Thanks.

  • Rockets suck? What are you smoking kiddo, eyes truth and many other rockets are great now, top tier. Also be careful what you wish for, limiting heavy means you will be chipping away at primevals with primary for ages. Downvoted.
