SRL - who wants it back?
I know some wud view it as a joke event, some wud avoid coz of pointless rewards, some wud go as far as to say they hate the thought of it returning, but as a fan of SRL and dangerous sparrowing in general, I was just interested in current community thoughts of a return?

17 RepliesHow about pushing this compnay to do their job and create new content instead of you guys always asking them to reuse content? Doesn't this game have way more than enough warn out content from D1? With how many times some of you ask for used content and this company bringing back a lot of it. It only shows how stupid they were for creating D2 when they could have just moved the game forward from D1.

Not me! I never understood why they wasted time to right it into the game. There removing content faster than they're able to add it now because the complain that the games to big! I'd much rather see a new strike or map be added (back). Players can race from one end of Europa to the other if they want! It's twice as long as the SRL track was!

The chances of them porting srl over to D2 seems even worse than before imo. That said, I've been asking for srl and rift back for the entirety of D2's lifespan, and I loved crimson days too. But I think it may be time to give up asking. Bungie clearly doesn't think they're worth bringing back. If we've already been asking for them for three years, it's time to give up hope. [spoiler]I wonder if we'll lose iron banner next year too[/spoiler]

I do want to see SRL come back. But fixing their shopping list of bugs needs to come first.

Chalked it up to my ‘never happening’ list: SRL returns I manage to get a PS5 I know one day of mental peace My dog actually catching that squirrel he chases The perfect pizza A chicken place out doing Chik-Fil-A Finding 1/4 lb Nathan’s hotdogs (trust me on this one) A JRPG without at least one character with amnesia Death Stranding making any sense You know what? That list was kind of fun! 😁

I enjoy srl and would welcome it's return, but this game needs some real help at this point. I don't think srl would be it's saving grace.

1 ReplyIt was a great diversion. In reality, I thought the physics were horrible. If it isn't to be improved upon, and takes away precious development time bungie doesn't have to spare... I don't want it back. Sell it off, licence it bungie. You want to be a real publisher, don't you?
