Hawkmoon random perks
When I signed in I got a pop-up about random perks on Hawkmoon. I do not see any quest or mission launch for this, how are they obtained?

They responded to this saying it was a error that it was sent to everyone. That message was supposed to be only sent to those who haven't already done the Hawkmoon mission yet

It's because it's bugged. It was meant to be Crow giving you a quest for it, but he's literally giving us nothing. 🤦♂️👍
