Ya.
I picked up Anthem (I'm bored with Destiny) and was pleasantly surprised. When I put on my higher level gear, and go out on Patrol (FreePlay) on "Normal", I'm basically unkillable. If I want a challenge, I can increase it to Grand Master 2 or 3. Of course rewards scale with difficulty, so the harder the level, the better the rewards. But if I just want to explore and not worry about things beating the crap out of me, I do FreeRoam on Normal.
Same basically applies to The Division 2.

I never said it was Game of the Year. It was something different and new compared to Density which has had the same strikes, Nightfalls, Crucible maps and Gambit maps for how many years now?

Once you’re geared up for GM3 enemies on normal literally do zero damage to you and die if you sneeze near them.
