Telesto Catalyst
Take this Catalyst out of the Eater of Worlds Raid if you’re gonna vault Leviathan.
I’ve been playing since launch and I’ve been unable to do a single raid whatsoever because I don’t really have any friends to play with, and I really, REALLY won’t be comfortable at all talking to some randos throughout a raid, and I’m sure there’s several other players just like me.
Have some consideration for the solo players who really aren’t comfortable and get anxious when talking to players they don’t know through voice.

Most likely the catalysts for stuff like this will be put in strikes and crucible stuff like they did with old faction catalysts. I would be glad if they did since d2 raids just aren’t as good as they were on 1. In an effort to make them more challenging they just excluded people and honestly exclusive exotics and catalysts are about only reason to do them on d2 imo. Not aware of a single raid legendary that I’d like to actually use.

2 RepliesI hear ya bud, the last raid I did was Crota’s end. I would appreciate if Bungie made things that are exclusive raid rewards available by other means. I don’t have the time to try and set up a raid, which lets be real if you don’t already have a bunch of friends that play can take way to long, if at all. Besides, the RNG gods are cruel.

It took me like 3 weeks to get it, doing all 3 characters to get it. I had the most difficult time doing it on my Hunter. But you can do it solo at least one chest. Go to YouTube and type in Telesto catalyst. Telesto is my go to PVE/gambit weapon. I easily have over 100,000 kills with it. Lol

1 ReplyThe best rewards should force you out of your comfort zone. There are thousands of players in the same spot as you. Go to LFG, start your own group, establish that you can communicate through typing and find some sherpas/beginners to jump in with. You can do it.

Living in a world where you can't talk to people requires medical help I seriously mean no offense Please go find some and be happy Again im being serious I hope you one day find the steps that will help you overcome not being able to talk to people

You can only get the catalyst from the first two chests and they take 15 minutes a run. Just lfg and say you are only doing the first two and most groups will run all three characters. Takes less than an hour and you don't have to talk as the puzzles are simple.

You can solo the ring chest if you look up a video on YouTube. Pretty easy to do once a week on warlock. Hunter and titan can do it too but a bit more challenging. Im in the same vote, zero interest in doing that raid. Bungie did say they are planning of introducing alternate ways to get certain rewards from vaulted content, but that is a pretty vague statement so how knows what that will include. 🤷🏻♂️
